Terms of Service
Effective 4 November 2026
Audited Money is for education only. We are not financial advisors. These Terms of Service are the rules for using https://auditedmoney.com.
1. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Audited Money (“we”, “us”). By checking the box in the notice and continuing, or by using the site after that notice is presented, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site. You may still open these terms and the Privacy Policy to read them before you decide.
We may change these terms by posting a new version and changing the effective date. The notice is shown again when that date changes. If you continue after the new date, you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
2. Education only — we are not financial advisors
The site publishes general educational material about markets, including stocks, other securities, cryptocurrencies, and trading or investing strategies. That material is commentary and explanation. It is not advice.
We are not financial advisors, investment advisers, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisors, commodity pool operators, fiduciaries, tax advisors, or lawyers. We are not registered or acting as any of those. Nothing on the site creates an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, portfolio-management, or client relationship.
We do not:
- tell you to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security, token, derivative, currency, or other asset;
- manage money, hold client funds, or take custody of assets;
- execute, route, or recommend trades;
- provide signals, personalized allocations, or a plan for your situation;
- consider your objectives, finances, tax position, risk tolerance, or time horizon;
- offer a solicitation or an offer to sell any security.
Any example, review, critique, or description of a strategy is general education about that strategy. It is not a view on whether you should use it.
3. You are responsible for your own decisions
You use the site at your own risk. You alone decide whether to research further, do nothing, or take any financial step. Before you act, consider speaking with a professional who is licensed to advise you and who knows your circumstances. We have no duty to you to update a page, to watch a position, or to warn you when facts change.
You will not rely on the site as a substitute for your own research, for official filings and primary documents, or for advice from a qualified professional.
4. Risk of loss
Trading and investing can lead to a total loss of money. Prices move without warning. Past results, whether real or hypothetical, do not predict future results. Costs, taxes, slippage, liquidity, outages, hacks, forks, depegs, and rule changes can erase a result that looked good on a page.
Cryptocurrencies and related products can be especially volatile, hard to value, and easy to lose. Derivatives, leverage, margin, short selling, and perpetual contracts can lose more than an initial example suggests, and can create losses beyond the cash you expected to use. A review that describes those tools is not a statement that they are appropriate for you.
We do not promise any return, any win rate, any preservation of capital, or any tax result.
5. Hypothetical results, backtests, and opinions
Strategy descriptions, backtests, screenshots, and performance figures — ours or someone else’s — may be incomplete, unaudited, or hypothetical. Hypothetical results have limits. They often ignore costs, failed orders, and the fact that a rule was designed after the period it is tested on. We may label material as unchecked. An unchecked label means we have not confirmed it. It does not mean the underlying claim is true.
Opinions on the site can change or be wrong. Disagreement with a strategy is not a recommendation to take the opposite trade.
6. No warranty of accuracy or availability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that a page is current, that a quote or calculation is correct, that a link works, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Markets and issuers change faster than pages do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of Audited Money and the people who contribute to the site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to the site or these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site in the twelve months before the claim. The site is free, so that amount is zero, except where the law does not allow a limit that low.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. That includes liability for fraud, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where a limit is prohibited.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Audited Money and its contributors against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your trading or investment decisions, your reliance on the site, or your breach of these terms. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our fraud or willful misconduct.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its text, its design, and the Audited Money name and logo are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may read the site and share a link to a page. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link, for commentary, criticism, or education. You may not copy the site into a product, scrape it to train a competing service in violation of applicable law, remove notices, or present our material as your own advice.
Names of companies, products, and strategies mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mention is not sponsorship or endorsement.
10. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the site. You will not attempt to break, probe, or overload it, interfere with another person’s use, submit unlawful material, or use the site to give other people personalized financial advice while presenting that advice as ours.
11. Third-party material
Pages may link to filings, exchanges, papers, and other sites we do not control. A link is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a check on that site’s accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s terms.
12. International use
The site is published generally. It is not directed at any particular country, and it is not an offer of a product in any jurisdiction. Laws on securities, derivatives, and crypto differ. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether you are allowed to read about or trade a product. We do not represent that the site is appropriate or available everywhere.
13. Age
The site is not directed at anyone under 18. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18.
14. Disputes and governing law
These terms do not appoint a court, a venue, or an arbitration forum, and they do not name a governing-law jurisdiction beyond the law that applies to the operator of Audited Money. Conflict-of-law rules that would point somewhere else are excluded to the extent the law allows. Any non-waivable protection in the law of your place of residence still applies.
We are not required to resolve a dispute informally, but you may send a written description of a dispute to the contact below before filing a claim. These terms do not waive a right to go to court where the law says that right cannot be waived. There is no class-action waiver and no mandatory arbitration clause.
15. Other terms
If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. They replace earlier versions of those documents. They do not create a partnership, employment, or agency. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them in connection with the operation of the site.
These terms are written in English. A translation, if any later exists, is for convenience. The English version controls if they differ.
16. Contact
A monitored contact address has not been published yet. When one is set in the site configuration, it will appear here. Until then, do not send personal information to this website.
Do not send account numbers, identity documents, seed phrases, or details of your holdings. We do not want them, and this site is not a place for customer financial records.
